Practice Owner & TherapistI have been in this field for over six years, and I continue to feel incredibly grateful and fulfilled by the work I do each day. I am passionate about ongoing learning and enjoy bringing new approaches and insights into my sessions to best support my clients. I especially love working with children through play therapy, as it allows them to express themselves in a natural and developmentally appropriate way, building coping skills, and feeling understood even when words are difficult.
I also deeply value individual therapy, where I support clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, low self esteem, stress, life transitions, and other personal challenges. I strive to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and develop tools that support emotional balance, healing, and personal growth.
I enjoy working with couples as they navigate challenges, improve communication, and either rebuild or strengthen their connection. It is incredibly rewarding to support partners as they gain a deeper understanding of one another, work through patterns that may be creating distance, and move toward healthier, more intentional ways of relating.
Additionally, I love supporting children and families navigating communication difficulties, going through big changes, or experiencing divorce and separation. This experience has deeply inspired me to expand into parent and co-parent coaching, helping parents better understand what their children may be experiencing and guiding them in ways to support their emotional needs during transitions. I am also passionate about working with parents directly, helping them recognize their impact, strengthen communication, and feel more confident in their parenting approach.

Undergraduate internHi! I’m currently a rising junior at the University of South Carolina, Go Game Cocks! I have a strong passion for mental health and helping others, which has led me to want to pursue a future in the field of psychology. After completing my undergraduate degree, I hope to continue my education by earning a master’s degree in a psychology-related concentration. As I explore different career paths, I am especially interested in nutritional psychology and becoming therapist. I’m excited to continue learning, and gaining hands-on experience!
